Origins

Located in the heart of a lush forest in the Jimma region of Ethiopia, Chalchissa Farm is spread over 150 hectares of fertile land. Originally a family farm run by their father, Mesfin and Yidnekachew Dabessa expanded the farm about a decade ago to honour and develop their family’s agricultural heritage.

This exceptional coffee, grown at high altitude, is produced in harmony with the surrounding biodiversity, which enhances the quality and flavors of the beans. Each bean is hand-harvested with rare precision and processed using the fully washed method, preserving the unique essence of this exceptional terroir.
