General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale set out the rights and obligations of Snob The Bob and its customers in connection with the sale of artisan-roasted whole bean coffee.

By placing an order, you accept these general terms and conditions of sale without reservation.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible on our site.
Product photos are not contractually binding and are provided for illustration only.
Our whole bean coffees are artisan-roasted and packed to preserve their freshness.

3. Prices

Product prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs are added when the order is confirmed and are clearly shown before payment.
Snob The Bob reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the prices in force at the time of ordering.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a payment problem or incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Payment

Payments are made online via secure platforms.
Accepted payment methods are: bank card (Visa, Mastercard) and other options available on the site.
Orders are shipped only after payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to mainland France and to the regions specified on our site.
Estimated delivery times are shown when you order. Snob The Bob cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
If a parcel is damaged, you must report the problem to the carrier immediately and inform us within 48 hours.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code:

You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
This right does not apply to opened or used products, in particular coffee, for quality and hygiene reasons.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order.

8. Warranty and complaints

We guarantee the quality of our products at the time of shipping.
Any complaint about a defective or non-conforming product must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Contact us at info@snobthebob.fr with a detailed description and, if possible, a photo of the product concerned.

9. Liability

Snob The Bob cannot be held liable for indirect damage related to the use or storage of the products.
In the event of force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, etc.), we cannot be held liable.

10. Personal data

Information collected on the site is used solely to process orders and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If no agreement is reached, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
