It's coffee scored 80 points or more out of 100 by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). This score rewards defect-free beans, grown with care, with a rich flavour profile: fruity, chocolatey or floral depending on the origin. All our coffees are traceable, from farm to cup.

We roast it ourselves, in small batches, near Nîmes. Each origin gets its own roast profile, to reveal its notes without masking them. The result: fresh coffee that hasn't spent months on a shelf.

If you have a grinder, go for whole bean: it keeps its aromas much longer and you grind just before brewing. Otherwise, choose "ground" when you order. Our coffees come in 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg.

In an airtight container, away from light, heat and moisture. Avoid the fridge: odours and condensation spoil coffee. Once the bag is open, ideally enjoy it within 4 to 6 weeks.

No. Our decaf from Mexico is decaffeinated using the natural Mountain Water method, with water and no chemical solvents. It keeps all its flavour: honey, cereal, milk chocolate.

Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 hours. Then allow 3 to 5 business days in mainland France and 5 to 10 business days in the European Union.

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, if the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging. For hygiene and food safety reasons, an opened bag of coffee cannot be returned. Always contact us before sending a parcel back.
