From Rigour to Passion
Why "snob the bob"?
Before creating Snob The Bob, I built my career in law, auditing, and quality. For many years, I learned that excellence leaves no room for compromise: every detail matters. This demanding approach became a true way of life. Over time, my passion for specialty coffee grew. I wanted to understand everything that makes the difference between an ordinary coffee and an exceptional one. This journey led me to the plantations, where I discovered the work of the producers, the richness of the terroirs, and the importance of each step, from harvesting to roasting. I then decided to create Snob The Bob with a simple idea: to offer a specialty coffee selected with the same rigor that has guided my entire career. Each coffee is carefully chosen for its origin, quality, and aromatic profile, then roasted in small batches in France to preserve all its freshness.
Where did the name come from? The name Snob The Bob was born with a touch of humor. Friends and family would tease Gleb, my husband, saying he was a true snob because of his obsession with detail. I decided to embrace this demanding nature and make it the identity of our brand. Today, Snob The Bob is much more than coffee: it's the convergence of rigor, passion, and the pleasure of sharing an exceptional cup. We are snobs when it comes to quality. We make no compromises. This is how Snob The Bob was born.
