Origins
Nairobi Roast comes from small farms in the Kiambu region, south of Mount Kenya, at high altitudes. Grown up to 1,900 meters, these coffee plants thrive in fertile volcanic soil and an ideal climate. Kenyan farmers, mostly smallholders, cultivate coffee on plots of about 300 trees and work through cooperatives to process and market their harvests. This collaborative effort produces a unique, high-quality coffee that embodies Kenya’s rich coffee-growing heritage and dedication to excellence.
