Origins
Viva Nica Brew is grown in the heart of the Dipilto Mountains, near the border with Honduras, at altitudes ranging from 1200 to 1700 meters. These coffee trees thrive in sandy soils under natural shade, with 70% coverage by various tree species. The farm uses environmentally friendly fertilization practices and selects only cherries from the highest areas for processing. Thanks to the washed method, which includes pulping, fermentation, washing and patio drying, Viva Nica Brew guarantees consistent and exceptional quality.
