Brise du Chiapas Deca — Sweetness and Authenticity from Chiapas
Our specialty coffee Brise du Chiapas comes from the lush mountains of Chiapas, in southern Mexico — a region renowned for its rich volcanic soils and the passion of its coffee producers.
Grown on plots located over 1,000 meters above sea level, this washed Arabica is naturally decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process — a gentle, solvent-free method that preserves the bean’s full aromatic integrity.
The cup reveals a balanced, smooth, and delicate profile, with notes of cereal, honey, and milk chocolate, and a silky sweetness that’s surprisingly rich for a decaf. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the pleasure of coffee — without caffeine — at any time of day.
Artisanally roasted near Montpellier, each batch is crafted with care to highlight the finesse of the Mexican terroir and deliver a harmonious, lingering aromatic experience.
