  • 15 g of coffee, medium-fine grind
  • 250 g of water at 93 °C
  • Bloom with 30 g of water, wait 30 seconds
  • Pour the rest in slow circles, in 2 or 3 stages
  • Total time: 2 min 30 to 3 min
