Origins

Nestled on the fertile slopes of the Chaparastique Volcano in Chinameca , San Miguel Region, El Salvador, Finca La Alpina is a 148-hectare sanctuary rich in lush biodiversity. Under the shade of mango , banana , laurel , pepeto , and tambor trees, Cyrille Beraud perpetuates a legacy of coffee craftsmanship .

This batch of "Ancestral Red Bourbon" comes from trees planted over 50 years ago, growing on the highest elevations of the farm. There, the rich volcanic soils and a unique microclimate give an exceptional character to the grains.
