Sabrina Un café aux notes subtiles de fruits rouges et une douceur en bouche remarquable. Chaque tasse est un véritable plaisir
In the heart of Guatemala's highlands, on the shores of Lake Atitlán, Finca Pampojila grows its coffee trees at the foot of the Tolimán volcano, between 1,400 and 1,700 metres above sea level. This rich, deep volcanic soil produces coffees of remarkable aromatic clarity.
Alex Herrera and his team grow a red Caturra that is picked entirely by hand from November to February, then washed and slowly sun-dried on patios. Responsible, sustainable and socially committed farming on a 500-hectare plantation in the Sololá region.
In the cup, this coffee shows a lovely liveliness, in the spirit of the great coffees of Huehuetenango, with a clean, balanced finish.
Roasted in small batches by Snob The Bob, near Nîmes, to reveal all the finesse of its terroir.
