Gleb's tip

Start with water that's already hot: the coffee spends less time on the heat and will be less bitter. Perfect with Bobilon or Vero Barista.
The ideal recipe
  • Fill the base with already hot water, up to the valve
  • Fill the basket with medium-fine ground coffee, without tamping
  • Medium heat, lid open
  • Remove from the heat as soon as the coffee starts to gurgle
