Gleb's tip

Always rinse the filter with hot water before adding the coffee: it removes the paper taste and preheats the carafe.
The ideal recipe
  • 15 g of coffee, medium grind (like sea salt)
  • 250 g of water at 94 °C
  • Bloom the coffee with 30 g of water, wait 30 seconds
  • Pour the rest in 2 stages
  • Total time: 3 min to 3 min 30
