Origins

MexicoBrew comes from the Muxbal farm, located in the Union Juarez region, at the foot of the Tacaná volcano, in the state of Chiapas, Mexico. At an altitude of 1,560 meters , this family farm covers 220 hectares , reconciling coffee cultivation and nature preservation . With 60% of the land dedicated to coffee and 40% preserved as a nature reserve , third-generation producers Jorge and Juan-Pablo Gallardo continue a legacy of sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices.
