Emma W. Des saveurs riches et épicées qui rappellent les terres mexicaines. Ce café est devenu mon préféré pour les après-midis détente.
Mexican specialty coffee – Veracruz • El Santo SHG EP • Honey process • 83.5/100
For MexiBrew, we chose El Santo, a lot produced by La Laja in the Veracruz region of southern Mexico. La Laja brings together more than 3,000 producers and supports them actively: seedlings, training, credit and projects for the most vulnerable families. Its coffees are Rainforest Alliance and 4C certified.
Grown between 1,200 and 1,700 metres above sea level, hand-picked from October to March, then sun-dried on patios. Graded SHG EP (Strictly High Grown, European Preparation), it meets the strictest sorting standards.
Its Honey process gives it a lovely natural sweetness and a round, indulgent cup. On tasting, you'll find notes of walnut, dried fruit and spices, with a pleasant touch of citrus.
MexiBrew is a balanced, approachable coffee, ideal for anyone looking for a smooth, indulgent and gentle whole bean coffee.
Roasted in small batches by Snob The Bob, near Nîmes.
